PHUEIN is the first album of french Brussels-based duo OSILASI.
Recorded from 2021 until 2023 and produced during the pandemic, Phuein is a statement of primal expression.

Osilasi's sound is both organic and unpolished, somewhere between experimental, electro-acoustic and traditional music. Léa Roger and Célia Jankowski create a narrative with expandable contours, exploring the sonic energy of the roots of traditional music. They play on modulation in repetition, rhythmic shifts, grains and harmonics from the material itself : voice, harp, drone box and percussions.

The duo craft the material to form oneiric realms that are distant and yet familiar, in a sonic journey where there is neither a starting line nor an ending point.
